MOBILE CYLINDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR NFPA-1989 COMPLIANCE
The BAUER RFID Pro® cloud-based SCBA cylinder management system is a complete asset management tool which logs SCBA cylinder fills, keeps track of required hydro tests, cylinder repairs as well as cylinder end-of-life expiration dates. The system is intuitive and easy to use. SCBA cylinders are scanned through the wireless BAUER RFID Pro® reader, which automatically checks whether the cylinder is active (not previously tagged out or end of life) as well as whether the cylinder is current in regards to hydro testing.
RFID Pro® is now available on compatible Android and iOS mobile devices!

EASY, ACCURATE, AND SAFE CHARGE RATE CONTROL
The BAUER Charge Rate Controller (BAUER CRC™) has been designed to automatically fill SCBA and SCUBA cylinders to their maximum allowable pressure, as well as allowing the operator to control the charge rate avoiding hot fills and maximize stored air in the cylinders. No more fidgeting with dials; the BAUER CRC™ automatically charges SCBA and SCUBA cylinders to the right pressure with the push of a button. The CRC™ can can be wall-mounted. Installation is easy for retrofitting an existing setup, requiring only two high-pressure hose connections and plug-in 110V power. A CRC™ can also be purchased with an integrated auto-cascade manifold!

CONTAINMENT FILL STATIONS FOR AIR AND OXYGEN
The BAUER CFS 5.5 Series of Containment SCBA/SCUBA Fill Stations are created with safety and quality at the forefront of the design. The CFS 5.5 containers are independently tested to the rigorous standards and stringent test parameters dictated by NFPA 1989 and NFPA 1901. Yet, we exceeded the requirements of 88 cubic feet and 4500 PSIG and utilized 110 cubic feet 5500 PSIG. Formed plate steel and fewer weldments significantly improve the safety in the event of a cylinder failure. We also evaluated ergonomics in our design and included an “easy load” door design, where you can open and close the door with less than 18 lbs of force without hyperextending your hand or wrist.
